Love this fridge!

We've had this fridge hooked up for almost a month now, and the whole family loves it. It's well designed to be space efficient, and the light inside makes for great visibility. It's just slightly larger than our previous fridge, but holds so much more. The only thing I have had trouble with is I find myself accidentally brushing my arm up against the temperature button sometimes when I reach in, but that's because we had to switch the door orientation. Fortunately the buttons beep when you touch them. A lock on the temp buttons would be great (unless there is one and we haven't figured it out yet). Regardless of that, it's by far the best fridge that either my husband or I have ever had, we love it!

Am very pleased with this appliance.I was able to take advantage of Home Depot sale.Was happy that this appliance was listed as able to fit through smaller doors 30™€.I did have to remove the kitchen door but it went through very easily for the size.I am really impressed with all the features and very spacious.I like the shelving,LED Light and ease of freezer door.It is a very quiet running appliance.Also the shelving is easy to remove.

I love my new Frigidaire. It™€™s the perfect size! I love the freezer drawer on the bottom! I love that it has an ice maker and water spout! I have not had them hooked up yet because I™€™m waiting for a plumber. The shelves areRoomy and there is plenty of space for my food etc. I am not sure how to turn off the ice maker though. It keeps running like it™€™s hooked up. So I will have to research that online. I also need Home Depot to come back out and switch the direction of the door.

Great refrigerator for tighter spaces

When replacing our old fridge, we could not fit a 70" high unit, which includes most models at our local appliance store. This model fit our old space perfectly and has more room inside. The shelf arrangement is very good, and the vegetable crisper drawers keeps things fresh way longer than the old fridge. The freezer drawer is essentially a big bin with one shelf, and I do miss the shelves and door storage of a top freezer. But I can deal with it. Overall it's attractive, makes a ton of ice, and is reasonably priced.

So far, so good. This is a very nice refrigerator. It runs nice and quiet. There's pretty much space inside, for a small refrigerator. It looks nice and fits the small space I have. We have not had the water line attached yet to see how the ice maker and water work, so I can't comment on that. The freezer space is ok, a little small. I would have given it 5 stars, but the shelves are very hard to move. In fact, we haven't been able to move them at all yet. I need to find someone stronger and taller than me to help. They don't just slide in and out, they have some kind of hook, that we can't get to release. The other issue I have is that this is the 2nd Frigidaire that has come with a dent, that was most likely not caused by the delivery drivers, since both times they were very well packed. Both times, they didn't unpack them until they took them off the truck. The first one we received, had a HUGE dent on the top of the refrigerator, that was so bad, I'm not sure the door would have even opened. I would assume it was either packed that way or something really big fell on it. Of course, we sent that back. After waiting another 3 weeks for another to arrive, this one was delivered with a dent on the freezer door. I kept it because I had been without a refrigerator for 8 weeks, and the company I bought it from gave me a credit. But when you buy a big ticket item, you expect it to arrive without dents or scratches. But overall, this is a really nice refrigerator.

Replacement quality

The refrigerator is fine, but the documentation and customer service are terrible. The only thing customer support could offer in response to a simple question about leveling the appliance was to send a tech to our home. The owner's manual describes a leveling device. The refrigerator does not appear to have one, and support could not give any information on whether this is actually the case or if I'm just looking in the wrong place.

Compressor on new unit blew in three days! Horrible customer service

I have had the absolute worst experience with both the product and customer service. The new refrigerator I purchased blew out its compressor within three days. I lost $500 worth of food, and now have a completely non-functioning unit. I called the support team, who sent out a technician who confirmed the compressor was broken. I then did not receive any follow up. I called the technician back, who said he was not able to find the part needed from Frigidaire; indeed, the part wasn't even listed on the website. I called Frigidaire back to follow up, and had a horrible customer service experience. The agent argued with me, would not help find a solution, and just insisted that some other department needed to provide a part number. I requested that that department be called immediately and was told that the department could only be reached by email and that it would take 3 business days to even get a response if a part number was available; then it would take 10 business days to order a part, and then more time to have the unit repaired. I PURCHASED AND PAID FOR A COMPLETELY NEW UNIT, NOT A REPAIRED ONE! I do not want a repaired refrigerator. I deserve a new unit as that is what I contracted to purchase. I asked the agent to escalate my call to the manager, and for 10 minutes the agent refused to do so. Once I was able to speak with the manager, that manager also claimed there was nothing else that could be done except send an email to this parts department. It is such an ineffectual, corporate process that completely ignores the customer™€™s needs. The manager then argued with me for 20 minutes rather than tried to help find a solution. I purchased the unit on October 22, it was installed on October 25- it is currently November 18 and it looks like I will be without a refrigerator for at least another two weeks due to non-helpful employees. It is completely unacceptable to have paid almost $1700 for a new refrigerator and to be without one for a month and a half. When I then asked the manager for an email address and/or to which I could submit a complaint, I was told no such thing existed and I would have to mail a hard copy letter. This again is completely unacceptable. It is outrageous that Frigidaire is doing nothing to alleviate this situation. I will never purchase another Frigidaire product, and will encourage others to think twice before doing so as the lack of service is appalling.

My one slight complaint against this refrigerator is that the water dispenser dispenses water that is only slightly cooler than tap water. My one surprise is that, even though the ice dispenser seems to take up 1/4 of freezer space, the rest of the freezer has more room than I expected. Overall, I'm happy with the new refrigerator.

The fridge is compact but still spacious. The freezer bottom allows for extra space with the drawers and I like that the ice is in a separate space. Overall I like the sleekness since the water dispenser is internal. Great price, even better if you can get it on sale. Would recommend

We replaced our old fridge with this new Frigidaire - 20 Cu. Ft. Standard-Depth Bottom Freezer Refrigerator and we can somehow fit so much more. On top of that, there is a water dispenser and the ice maker makes small cube ice!

We have only had this frig for 3 weeks & so far we are happy with it. It does have a low rumble to it that sounds like a truck is close by. This only happens periodically so it's doable.
