I™™ve had this fridge for one week. Overall, I™™m satisfied with its performance. I downgraded from a 31 cu ft French door fridge to this traditional top freezer fridge. My only complaint is the noise. When the compressor is running, it™™s very noisy, as compared to other fridges I™™ve owned.

I had a 20 inch whirlpool. Junk. Froze up every 30 days or so. Lost a lot food. The Frigidaire is really big and doesn't freeze up. It's nice to not have to worry about freeze up. I can buy alot of food now instead of stopping at the store every other day.

We had to buy a new garage refrigerator because our old one that came with the house (and must have been at least 30 years old,) finally departed this world. We had no idea that there were garage ready models and this one fits our needs at a great price. We like that it came in black since it is in the garage and white would definitely get dirty quicker.

Nice sleek design just wished the instructions for it were more detailed. And it had a bitter holder in the door. The cons are The Home Depot only gives you 2 days to return it. Which doesn't give you anytime to make sure it's working properly . Especially when it says to let set for 2 to 4 hrs before plugging in. And then let it run for 8 hrs. without any food to allow for it to get to the proper temperature.

First, I purchase a lot of appliances from Frigidaire and I have had great reliability with them, and great warranty service. However the warranty service that I have received for the top mount refrigerator that I purchased 2024 has been terrible. As a landlord, I have to count on the reliability of the appliances I put into my rental units. With this last warranty problem I am second guessing purchasing anymore Frigidaire products. This is too bad because the brand is actually very good. The service could be so much better.

So far so good. The freezer and fridge compartments are maintaining the correct temperature ranges. Occasionally it starts to make a strange spurting noise that lasts a short while. That's what my last Frigidaire did before it broke. Hopefully this one will last longer than a couple years, I did get an extended warranty.

I have liked using the appliance so far. The only change I would make is to the storage on the inside of the door, I wish it was more compartmentalized to allow for customize storage. I also wish it had a separate area to store butter and cheese

Purchased refrigerator through Frigidaire.com on Jun 3 2025. Promised delivery date at time of purchase suddenly slipped to a later date. Called weekly for updates. Once delivered date fell to mid August, I settled for a non Energy Star model. This delivery was on-time. Installers set up refrigerator, reversed the door, and installed ice maker. The door now rubs when closing, making noise. Noise could be from door gasket or the inner door liner is not formed correctly. I plan to call Warranty to have someone correct the door noise.
